The Owners Corporation is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all common property within the strata scheme. Some of these repairs include, burst pipes, sewer surcharges, roof leaks, power failures & fallen tree just to name a few. Phoenix Strata Management offer their clients with a repair & maintenance service for common area maintenance for urgent and non-urgent repairs, as well as the convenience of being able to obtain contractor details for work to be completed within their own lot.
Non-Urgent Repairs:
Any non-urgent repairs to common property can be submitted directly to our office using the below Work Request for Repairs form.
Urgent Repairs:
To report urgent repairs to common property telephone our office during business hours on 9559 1223. Any urgent repairs to common property outside standard business hours, please contact our Emergency Contact List.
